Was very prompt and responsive. Showed up as stated and can tell Salim was a master of his trade. He diagnosed several components before actually stating what may be the issue and was able to pin point the issue and fix it.

Through out the whole process was informative explaining what the issue was and how to go about it. In my case I needed Freon upgrade and capacitor changed. He told me my unit was a 12 year old unit and will eventually need to be changed. Saved me time by actually fixing parts which will give me more time to save money and buy another unit.

His pricing super fair compared to other techs that charged equivalent to just diagnosing with no work done. Honest guy good work hard to find this good work ethic. Glad I found him to do it. Thank you for your work and time there.

On time. Persistent. Nice and very good rates for service. Knows how to disassemble and actually fix units too. Thank you for keeping my family cool during summer. Would recommend to anyone too.
